Course Introduction

Artificial Intelligence is fundamentally transforming the way projects are planned, executed, monitored, controlled, and managed. Today, project managers and PMO professionals can use AI tools to perform many time-consuming activities—such as preparing project documents, analyzing risks, producing management reports, summarizing meetings, and reviewing project documentation—faster and more effectively.

This course has been designed with a fully practical, hands-on approach. Participants will become familiar with the fundamental concepts of Artificial Intelligence and learn how to effectively use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grmini Notebook, Napkin AI, Gamma, and other specialized AI tools in project management.

In the final part of the course, participants will also design and implement an AI Project Assistant using n8n, applying what they have learned to a practical project management automation scenario.

Course Resources

Throughout the course, participants will receive a collection of practical resources and files, including:

  • Course slides and exclusive training materials
  • Recommended templates for developing a Project Charter, WBS, and Activity List
  • Practice files and case studies
  • Sample project management automation workflows using n8n
  • An initial template for designing an AI Project Assistant
  • Additional files and resources related to AI applications in project management

Most of the primary resources and interfaces of the tools used in the course are in English. However, the instruction, explanations, exercises, and practical scenarios are delivered in Persian.

Artificial Intelligence is no longer simply a futuristic technology. It has become a practical tool for increasing speed, accuracy, and productivity in project management.

Project managers and PMO professionals can use AI tools to perform many repetitive and time-consuming activities faster and with greater efficiency.

Activities such as developing a Project Charter, creating a WBS, identifying risks, analyzing contracts, preparing meeting minutes, producing management reports, reviewing project documents, and extracting action items can all be performed more intelligently with the support of AI.

However, effective use of AI goes far beyond working with a single tool or asking a few simple questions. A project manager needs to know how to define the problem, write professional prompts, select the appropriate AI tool, evaluate the output, and automate project management processes using Artificial Intelligence.

This course has been designed with a fully practical approach to help participants integrate AI into their day-to-day project management and PMO activities.
