Over more than 27 years, I have worked across project, program, and portfolio management, PMO establishment and improvement, strategy deployment, project controls, risk management, business analysis, and agile delivery. My professional journey has included leadership roles as a PMO Director, program manager, strategy deployment project manager, senior management consultant, and CEO of GIGAPM.
I have designed and delivered more than 1,000 professional training programs and trained or coached over 19,000 participants across industries including automotive, oil and gas, construction, information technology, and telecommunications. My education and mentoring activities have supported thousands of professionals pursuing PMI and IPMA certifications.
