Ali Naderi is a professional in Agile, Scrum, product development, and team leadership, as well as the co-founder of two startups, IDEE Games and Jobaify. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Information Systems and has built his professional journey at the intersection of technology, business, project management, and Agile ways of working.
For more than four years, Ali has been actively teaching Agile and Scrum, delivering training and workshops in Germany, the United Kingdom, and Spain. He has also contributed to the international Scrum community as a reviewer of the Scrum Guide Expansion Pack, collaborating with experienced practitioners and members of the global Scrum community.
Ali’s professional experience includes working as a Scrum Master in scaled Scrum environments, supporting fintech teams, developing products serving thousands of users, designing product development workshops, and coaching founders, professionals, and teams.
His experience also extends to organizational change and post-merger integration, where he has facilitated workshops supporting cultural alignment and transformation.

Experience in the insurance industry, including collaboration with BARMER, one of Germany’s major health insurance providers.
